Your e-gift card will arrive in your inbox through email, ready to be forwarded to the recipient whenever it is convenient for you. Details on how to redeem the e-gift card will also be included in your email.
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift card will expire and can no longer be used.
Any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry. Gift cards not redeemed within the validity period cannot be extended, exchanged for cash, or reissued.
