Payment

We accept all major credit cards via EFT, Payfast & Snapscan. We reserve the right to deny any order that may warrant concern or suspicion. Meraki Jewellery uses up-to-date technology to protect your information.

Shipping and Handling

We provide Fastway & Courier Guy shipping & insure each package for the total purchase amount. We ship orders on Wednesday & Fridays each week.  If you would like you order faster than the general shipping time, feel free to call us or email megan@merakijewellerydesign.com with any special request so that we can process the order in a timely fashion. For international shipping please allow 5-7 working days from date completion for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

Meraki Jewellery will exchange for store credit non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a store refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.

Gifts can be exchanged or applied as store credit.

Meraki Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Meraki Jewellery Design (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.

International

If the customer is shipping to a destination outside South Africa, on top of Meraki Jewellery's shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Items will be shipped from Cape Town, South Africa, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in South African Rands. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and us the shippers.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a perfect gift. There is no expiration date and applies to all MJ purchases. To purchase, please contact us via email or telephone.
