Find your perfect fit - How To Measure Ring Size

Ring Sizes:

As your ring is made especially for you, it is important that you take a moment to check your ring size before ordering.

For an accurate ring size measurement we recommend visiting the Meraki studio, or a jeweller close to you, to have your ring size measured with ring sizing equipment. 

Please remember that you may need a larger ring size if you are purchasing a ring with a band wider than 4mm.

It's good to note that the size of your fingers usually differ from your right to your left hand, so make sure you measure the correct finger.

Note: When placing an order, please always provide us with the UK ring size. The chart below shows average comparisons between inner diameter vs UK sizes vs US sizes.

*Please note that if you choose to measure your finger size at home and the measurement ends up being incorrect, we cannot be held liable.  We advise you to get properly measured at your local jewellery store.

Ring Sizing Policy

Please ensure that you provide your correct ring size when placing an order.
If a ring is ordered more than two sizes larger or smaller than the correct size, it will require a full remake rather than a standard resize. 

Orders that require a remake due to incorrect sizing are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we will issue a store credit for the order value.

We strongly recommend confirming your ring size with a professional jeweller before purchasing.

The sizes noted below are based on average wrist measurements for women.

Bracelets:

Small (16cm)

Medium (17cm)

Large (18cm)

Extra Small (59mm) 

Small (61mm)

Large (65mm)

* If you would like a slightly shorter or longer bracelet length, please let us know at checkout.

** Chains: If you would like an alternate necklace chain, please leave us a message at checkout. A fee of R50 will be charged for any length longer than specified.
